Hello,
Wealth is one of the most wanted object by everyone in this earth. Yet it is the most confused of all items by many. Wealth is thought of as in terms of money or a lot of goods visible, tangible and identifiable by all.
I have a different view to wealth. I believe that the amount of items that one has is not necessarily the measure of one's wealth.
It is in the satisfaction and contentment of one's view and thoughts. One can have little yet have everything to satisfy his inner being.
Wealth is more than physical or visible.
It goes beyond the eyes. It runs deep into the veins, thoughts and mindset of the individual.
Wealth is not about comparison one with the other.
It is based on one's perception and understanding of the value of life spilling over to the value of objects and goods. One may have less in terms of quantity yet have more with regards to quality.
Wealth is not only based on quality but on need and market value. It is also based on the durability of substance.
I have seen people who may be considered wealthy but in reality they have nothing.
I have also seen some people with seemingly nothing and yet they are free, joyful and satisfied.
I would rather be joyful, happy, content and satisfied than appear to be someone but without anything of value or substance.
I may seem to be advocating for mediocrity but this is not the case. I will explore this further in my future series.
